When it did start, no gear lights went on, brake light was on and I had the message to, "Service Shifter". I brought it back to the dealer and was told that the shifter module would need to be replaced. We have a similar issue with 2017 Pacifica. Around 10-20 mph, the van shifts hard, randomly. It slams the gear. This is supposed to be a family minivan and we don't feel it's safe at all with my two kids in the van. My wife is so afraid of driving this car.
